We have an awesome birthday party special package for kids (and kids at heart!). At $28/painter these parties include the use of our party room for 1.5 hours, a custom painted birthday plate and one āpartyā pottery piece per child to paint! After the party, weāll glaze and fire the pottery to be picked up in a week.
For those seeking more variety or with a more flexible budget, a "Pick Your Piece" party allows you to choose any piece on the shelves in our studio at its listed price. Customize your party by Adding on a custom birthday plate or bachelorette stemless wine glass for $25 ea.

We offer party times every day of the week!
Monday: before/after hours events only
Tuesday: 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Thursday: 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Friday: 3:30 to 5 p.m., 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Saturday: 1 to 2:30 p.m., 3:30 to 5 p.m., 6 to 7:30 p.m.Ā
Sunday: 1 to 2:30 p.m., 3 :30 to 5 p.m.
With so many options, weāre sure to have a time that works for everyone! All it takes to book with us is a non-refundable $25 booking fee to secure the day and time! An additional half hour of party time may be purchased at the rate of $100/hour (we have to manually manage additional time, just FYI).
Additional Time is available for $100 per hour or $50 per half hour. Due to scheduling limitations, the available times to add on are:
1-2:30 p.m. parties can add +1 hour to the front end (start time of 12 noon) or +30 minutes to the back end (end at 3 p.m.).Ā
3:30 to 5 p.m. parties can add +30 minutes to the back end (end time of 5:30 p.m.)
6 to 7:30 p.m. parties can add +30 minutes to the back end (end time of 8 p.m.)
We can't add time to the front end of 3:30 or 6 p.m. start time parties because that would overlap the arrival time of the group before and we can't add more than 30 minutes to the back end of any party for the same reason.
Ā *Note ā we will not āhold spacesā or book parties until we have received the deposit information; deposits are nonrefundable.

Grab a Party Form (located in the left side of the cabinet under the counter, to the right. Forms are located at the bottom in the file sorter.)
Step 2: Choose a Date & Time
Ask what day they want
Flip to the party schedule in the back of the binder
Let them know available times for that day
Step 3: Start the Party Form
Fill in:
Date booked
Day & time of party
Name of person booking
Party price/minimum or budget range
Step 4: Collect the $25 Booking Fee
Ask: Cash, check, or card?

Cash/Check: Ring up as āparty depositā in register
Check: Record driver's license number
Card: Run card, staple receipt to form
š Deposits are non-refundable, but parties can be rescheduled with notice.
Step 5: Finish the Party Form
Guest of honorās name + age
Expected guest count (min. 8 / max. 20)
Hostās name, phone, and address
Step 6: Choose a Party Type
Ask if they know which party they want
Explain options if unsure
Circle the selection on the form
Step 7: Add to Calendar & File
In the binderās schedule section, pencil in:
Time
Name
Party type
(Ex: 1 PM - Olivia - BADY)
File the form in chronological order by date in the front pocket of the binder
Ring into Square under āParty Depositā to track sales
Block off the date in the online party calendar

You'll receive an email with party info through the studio Gmail.
Fill out a Party Form from the email (see in-person booking process above for form location and walkthrough)
Add it to the physical binder calendar (in pencil)
File in date order in the front pocket
Guests can "add-on" options to their party for a $25 fee. Currently these options include:
PARTY PLATE: 8" custom birthday party plate that guests get to sign. Our kids parties come with a plate but sometimes their are two birthday stars who need a plate or a pick your piece will want to add on a plate to elevate the celebration.
BACHELORETTE WINE GLASS: A special custom stemless wine glass guests get to sign. Normally we charge $25 to paint your own; the "special" is we take care of the customization by filling in the chosen colors and going over guests handwriting in glaze.
We don't typically offer discounts for groups, but we do offer a reduced party room fee during studio hours Ā ($25 vs $225) for a 1.5 hour event (2 hours if they start during the 30 minute reception period)Ā
For groups of 30 or more, we will waive our $300 private before/after hours studio fee for their 2 hour event. Additional time is still billed at $100/hour.Ā
Otherwise, we have volume discounts for groups of 100 or more. We'll have to connect guests to an outreach manager or studio director to get more information on what those discounts look like.Ā
We do not offer a teacher/military/vet/student/etc discount but we do have a loyalty card guests can get stamped to earn a discount!
