This is your official staff help center for The Pottery Place of Chattanooga. In the Operations Manual section, you’ll find answers to customer questions, walkthroughs for party bookings, and help for anything that happens in the studio.  If you're brand new here, we'll be using this site to walk you through the training trail.

For those already on our team,  Studio Central is the internal command center of our Studio Standard site — the behind-the-scenes hub that helps us staff run the day-to-day smoothly, confidently, and with heart.
